In 2009, at this time of the year, I was part of the Moviesquad jury at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. I had a great time there. Saw amazing movies, met nice people and just had a great experience.
The music is so beautiful, the way of filming and the little parts between scenes are so artistic, the actors are great and the clothing is very cool. I just love everything about that movie.
Friday and Saturday, I played Penny Pingleton in the schoolmusical Welcome to the Sixties (based on Hairspray). It was so much fun to do and I already miss it!

Today I was told to make my own sphere-collage which I'll be using as the base and inspiration in the act of making my own garment. The principal had an amount of magazines including magazines out of 1988. WONDERFUL! :) Here a few images I'm planning to us as (a small part of) my collage.

ps. Absolute sphere maker to me has always been music:
As a gift I'll be taking her to a concert of Perquisite @ Paard, tonight... I've known him from "Pete Philly & Perquisite" but this will be a single, Perquisite-only concert..
I'm on the corner waiting for a light to come on That's when I know that you're alone It's cold in the desert water never sees the ground Special ones walk on without sound
Told me you love me, that I'd never die alone Hand over your heart let's go on Everyone knowed it everyone has seen the signs I've always been known to cross lines
I never ever cried when I was feeling down I've always been scared of the sound Jesus don't love me no-one ever carried my load I'm too young to feel this old
In this blog, we express our life by posting 'something' every single day. The posts can variate, but mostly in the theme 'photography, film, music and fashion'.
